Baldpate Mountain Preserve

Under the leadership of Ted Stiles, FoHVOS played a critical role in the protection of the largest contiguous forest area in Hopewell Township.  This magnificent site provides views as distant as Philadelphia from the top of the mountain.  A small number of Siebold’s viburnum threatens its forests, but this invasive species can be controlled with minimal effort if action is taken now.
